I am Rebecca Waldrup and the Dough Lab is a manisfestation of an idea that’s been floating around in my head for a long time. I’ve spent 10 years in the bakery space and have found that there is something really special about getting to play even a small role in the most special events and occasions in people’s lives. Weddings, baby showers, birthdays, holidays and more. Food is love in action and love is the main ingredient here in the lab.

Right now I am focused on an obsession of mine, sugar cookies! But I dare to dream of a day when I can obtain a storefront and can serve the Alliance, Ohio community with a whole variety of sweet treats.
